Fabrics

One of the foundations of our brand is producing clothing that matters. A key element in this regard is the materials – their composition and methods of production. We ensure that our fabrics and knits have the least possible negative impact on the environment and, whenever possible, we choose certified options that also protect consumer health.

We use natural fabrics, which have been known and valued for centuries, such as cotton, linen, and wool, in the production of our clothes. We are also a modern brand, so we readily embrace contemporary, eco-friendly solutions like viscose, lyocell (Tencel), cupro, and modal.

Our approach to polyester is thoughtful – we use it only in minimal, necessary amounts. Natural fibers are less durable, so a small blend of polyester, polyamide, or elastane can beneficially enhance the durability of the final fabric. We choose fabrics with synthetic fibers only when it is essential to increase the garment's durability or to provide specific properties, such as insulation for jackets.

Fabric

Cotton

Cotton is one of the most popular natural fabrics, valued for its softness and breathability. Sourced from the fibers of the cotton plant, it is processed into yarn, which we use in our products such as the Chania dress, Feasy sweatshirt, and Polly shirt. Cotton tends to shrink after washing, so it requires careful care.

Fabric

Modern fabrics

Viscose, Modal, Tencel, Cupro, and Bamboo are made from wood pulp. These materials are designed to mimic the qualities of natural fibers while maintaining their unique characteristics. Modal and cupro, for instance, resemble silk, offering softness and comfort for the skin.

Fabric

Linen

Linen is a fabric obtained from the fibers of the flax plant, known for its durability and natural cooling properties, making it ideal for warm days. It is one of the strongest natural fabrics, making garments made from it exceptionally durable. Linen is resistant to bacteria and fungi, ensuring hygiene. Blends of linen with cotton or viscose are softer and smoother to the touch.

Fabric

Wool

Wool comes from sheep and other animals, such as cashmere goats and alpacas. It is valued for its warm and insulating properties and is naturally resistant to dirt and odors. In our products, wool is featured in the Fluffy and Rascal jackets.
