Shipping policy

COST, DELIVERY TIME, AND SHIPPING METHODS

1.The delivery costs, which are covered by the Customer, are determined during the order process unless stated otherwise in the offer.
2.Orders are shipped via DHL and InPost at a flat rate of 18 PLN.
Orders over 800 PLN are shipped free of charge within Poland, using the shipping method selected by the Customer.
3.Orders are processed within up to 3 business days.
The Store reserves the right to extend this period during sales and promotional campaigns.
-The Seller aims to dispatch orders on the same day, but the official processing time remains 3 business days.
-Delivery by the carrier takes approximately 3 business days from the moment the package is dispatched.
-Deliveries are made only on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
-The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

The Seller offers international shipping to selected European Union countries: Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Italy.

Shipping is carried out via Poczta Polska or a courier service. The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the package and is displayed during the checkout process.

Order Processing Time: 3 business days.

Delivery Time: Dependent on the selected shipping method.
